Summary of the integration of Pandora platform to MyAviva CRM

Aviva have been vocal about their drive towards digitalisation


As have many other established financial services brands. A common issue is that multi-product providers with heritage are often bound to a multitude of legacy systems, developed on platforms that are inflexible.

To support Aviva’s objectives, OPAL has been the first supplier to integrate with the MyAviva portal. This integration took place in November 2016. This gives Aviva customers (Over 50s Life) access to their data online and will enable elements of self-service as well as greater access to information via digital channels.
